"Throughout the farming season, Cambodian rice farmers prepare a little rice and take it with them to the fields. When they take a break from work, they ask each other to go fishing together. When they catch fish, they grill it in the field and eat it together with fresh tamarind. It is very delicious. They are happy that their farms are rich in fish which provides daily sustenance for themselves and their families."
