Born in the US in 1960, Markus Waldburger grew up in Zurich  and lived in Montreux
Switzerland. He graduated and received medals  from the prestigious  school  Van Der Kelen  in Belgium specialized in still life deception andf wood and marble imitation.
For over 36 years he practiced his work in Switzerland and abroad.
Markus Waldburger is a multifunctional person at ease in work of restauration, scene painter ,or interior design.
Passionated by first pressure alimentary oils he has been manufacturing them for over 20 years. In Cambodia , he started a production of local coco oil.
When times allows him, he paints which has opened new horizons where he can express the depth of his feelings of  joy and torment.
