“Even if we do not have enough to live on, we can still share with those who are suffering from hunger. When we meet someone suffering and we think we can help, the help we give is not partisan and not racist. If we are suffering from hunger and someone gives us food, how excited we are, as depicted in this artwork. Here we see a bird feeding on another bird, which is unable to feed itself because of its old age. The old bird is very happy, he tries to open his mouth to feed even though the food had not yet reached his mouth. He is excited because he sees many other birds catching food for him.”
